கமா போடறதுக்கு “சுக்குமி ளகுதி ப்பிலி” தான் எனக்கெல்லாம் சொல்லிக்கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. அதனாலதான் இன்னுமுமே கமா புள்ளி சரியா வர்றதில்ல எனக்கு.

இங்க பாருங்க, கலக்கிட்டாங்க. அதோட “A woman: without her, man is nothing” கரெக்ட்டாயிருக்கு. “A woman, without her man, is nothing”ல எத்தனை தப்பு பாருங்க!

Flageolet beans with garlic and cumin

Saladல சீரகத்தை freshஆ அரைச்சுத்தூவி ஸ்டீபன் சாப்பிடுவதற்கு நான் காரணமல்ல.  எலுமிச்சங்காய் ஊறுகாய் மட்டும்தான் பார்சலில் அனுப்பிவைத்தேன் (இப்போல்லாம் தானே செய்துக்குவார்). நான் கோடுதான் போட்டேன். ஸ்டீபன்தான் ரோடு போடறது.

Experimenting the other night and came up with this, which was
universally agreed to be delicious.

Ingredients:

150 g (6 oz) dried flageolet beans
2 medium-sized- to-large cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon freshly ground cumin (the “ready-ground stuff isn’t _nearly_
as aromatic!)
Olive oil

Soak/cook the beans until tender (for speed, you can do them for 35-40
min in a pressure cooker without pre-soaking) .
Drain the beans into a bowl.
Press the garlic and mix it thoroughly with the beans.
Grind and add the cumin, and mix in thoroughly.
Drizzle olive oil over it and serve a.s.a.p.

(The aromatic flavour deteriorates overnight, so this is not suitable
for doing “bulk bean salad” in advance.)
