மாத்ரா (MaTra) அப்படினா நாம தலைவலி, காய்ச்சலுக்கு சாப்பிடர அயிட்டம் இல்லைங்க. ஆங்கிலத்தில இருந்து ஹிந்திக்கு மொழிபெயர்க்கும் Machine Translation ங்கர software. இதை நம்ம நாட்டு விஞ்ஞானிகள் உருவாக்கி இருக்காங்க. கூகில் கம்பெனியும் இந்த மாதிரி ஒரு ஸாப்டுவேர் செஞ்சிருக்காங்க, ஆனா அதைவிட நம்ம ஊர் MaTra மொழிபெயர்ப்பை சிறப்பா செய்யுதாம்.

அதை உருவாக்கிய விஞ்ஞானிகளுக்கு கதம்பமாலையின் வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

Chidren of Heaven

Today morning I received a call from my spouse, alerting me that there was a movie Children of Heaven (Bacheha-Ye Aseman) being telecast on Vijay TV at 2.00pm. I don’t usually get such alerts – so I thought that it must be something special and bunked office. It was well worth it – I dont know what genre of films it belongs to, but it was certainly charming and many a time brought a catch to my throat. The children who acted were adorable. I strongly recommend seeing it.

It is an Iranian movie directed by Majid Majidi and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1998; It lost out to the Italian film, Life is Beautiful.
